I would like to recognize Jazmin for her exceptional care and advocacy. She provides invaluable support to her client, who lacks a strong support system. In addition to communicating with nurses and other healthcare professionals, she informs us of any changes. Her caring nature extends beyond her shifts, and she is always just a phone call away for assistance if needed.
